Use of ClipForge

ClipForge helps users transform long-form media into short clips, captions, exports, and optional social posts. You may use ClipForge only in compliance with applicable laws, these terms, and any third-party platform rules that apply to your content.

Your content

You retain ownership of source media, prompts, project data, and generated clips that you submit or create through ClipForge. You grant ClipForge the limited rights needed to host, process, transcribe, analyze, render, store, and deliver that content for the service.

Content rights and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to upload, process, edit, export, and publish all source media. Do not upload content that violates copyright, privacy, publicity, platform, or other third-party rights.

Generated output

AI-generated scores, captions, titles, edits, and recommendations may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing clips before publishing or distributing them.

Connected accounts and publishing

If you connect a social account, ClipForge may publish only the clips and captions you submit for publishing. You remain responsible for compliance with each destination platform’s policies.

Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, and cancellation flows are shown at checkout or in the billing portal. Fees are handled by the payment processor and are subject to the plan selected by the account owner.

Availability and changes

ClipForge may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
